Ms. Linina Phuttitarn

Linina Phuttitarn is a UNESCO-accredited facilitator for capacity-building workshops for the intangible cultural heritage in the Asia-Pacific Region with experiences in Thailand, the Philippines, and Pakistan. She is an Individual Specialist at UNESCO working on projects related to the intangible cultural heritage and sustainable development, community-based inventorying and safeguarding, education, and global citizenship. At Chulalongkorn University, she teaches cultural policy and cross-cultural communication. Her major field research focused on participatory-based approach to safeguarding the Salak Yom Festival in Lamphun Province, Thailand. She has written books on community-based research with grants from Thailand Research Fund. She is a co-founder and co-host of WiTcast, a Thai edutaining podcast program on pop science and social sciences with over 40,000 subscribers.
